When I think of spring, I think of Easter. Lots of color, berries, lemon, carrot cake (of course), and with some savory dishes on the side. So, when I started looking for spring study snacks, those are the flavors I focused on.

Exams are here, friend! That means lots of papers, projects, and studying. And you need to keep your body and brain in tip-top shape. Hopefully, you’re getting some regular exercise and eating smart snacks.

The chips, cookies, and energy drinks might be tempting, but they won’t keep you going for long. When you have some serious brainwork scheduled, you want to focus on healthy fats, fiber, and protein.
