Fall Study Snacks That Will Fuel You Up

Fall is my favorite season! Crisp air, falling leaves, and cozy sweaters. Bring.it.on.
One of my favorite parts of fall is the amazing fall flavors. Pumpkin, apple, pear, maple, salted caramel (swoon!) This is just a great time to up your study snack game.
Study snacks (if done right) will fuel your body and brain through your studying. The food actually helps you learn better. You’re always looking for snacks with fiber, protein, and some healthy fat. Leave the salty chips and candy for another time – they will NOT power you through a late-night study session.

Fall Study Snacks That Will Fuel You Up

Apples & Pears
- Apple “Donuts” – eat your apple with cream cheese “icing”
- Homemade Apple Chips – dried apple for the win!
- Apple cookies
- Healthy Apple Pie Granola Bar Bites – apple pie flavor, but healthier
- Two words – Apple Nachos or Pear Nachos
- Pear and Almond Butter Toast with Granola – looking for some fancy toast?
- Vanilla Pear Smoothie – what a way to drink your fruit
- Spiced Pear Baked Oatmeal – oatmeal is cheap, healthy, and not just for breakfast
Pumpkin
- Pumpkin Spice Popcorn – popcorn is an excellent study snack! It’s cheap and can be really healthy as well. Get your pumpkin spice on with this recipe!
- Pumpkin Pie Smoothie – eat healthy fruits while tasting pumpkin pie
- Oatmeal Pumpkin Breakfast Cookie – not as sweet as regular cookies, but full of healthy fats and fiber
